Information request |
|
We receive a great many requests at ASCER for information on the ceramic industry and the Assocation. We aim to attend to all requests as efficiently as possible. In order for us to help you, the enquirer, however, we would ask you to help us tounderstand your needs. We offer some advice
below:
Preparing your request
Think about what information you require, whether ASCER is the best or the only source, how you are going to make you request and what you expect to receive from the Association. Check the website to see if what you require is avaialble
there.
Why are you requesting the information?
It can be very helpful to us to know why you are requesting the information so that we can then tailor a full response to meet your needs. Sometimes an enquirer may not be aware of the extent of the information we can provide so does not ask, but if we know what your needs are we can provide you with information you may not have thought about but that could be useful.
Be sepecific with your request
It is essential that you be specific in order for us to provide an appropriate, satisafactory response. Please ask for basic information, avoiding requesting information so exhausitve that it is very costly to put together, prepare or
send.
When do you need the information for?
Please give a specific date and, if possible, place your request well in advance.
If you would like to make a commercial enquiry, please complete the trade enquiry form below. Trade enquiries.
