The highest decisive body of ASCER is the General Assembly. Between the General Assemblies, the Board of Managers is the decisive boy made up of a President, two Vice Presidents and fourteen members, with a four-year mandate, and a Secretary General.

The range of services that ASCER offers to its members is unlimited; in principle, ASCER may adopt any project or activity of interest to the members.
